4. Copyright in content published and created by SEGUNDAMANOPC.com shall remain with SEGUNDAMANOPC.com. Any reproduction or use of such graphics, texts, sequences or audiovisual documents in other electronic or printed publications without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.
5. Where SEGUNDAMANOPC.com gives users the opportunity to publish their own texts on www.segundamanopc.com, for example through product reviews, tagging, comments or other functions, such content shall be subject to the following restrictions:
- As a general rule, all texts containing immoral, pornographic or unsuitable-for-minors content, or content that glorifies violence, are prohibited. The same applies to content promoting violence or racial discrimination, or which is offensive or defamatory.
- Product reviews and “tags” are neither a means of communication between users nor intended as a means of reviewing us. The same applies to criticism unrelated to the product and to inappropriate comments.
- Reviews should be properly substantiated so that they are as transparent as possible for other users. Comments such as “don’t touch it!” are inappropriate and do not help other users form an opinion about the product.
- Please refrain from submitting notes or glossary changes that do not correspond to the facts.
6. LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
Batteries are consumable parts that may occasionally fail due to a defect or deteriorate through normal use. If the failure is caused by a manufacturing defect in the battery and it is still covered by the commercial warranty (the warranty voluntarily provided by the company) or by consumer protection law (the statutory warranty, which may never be less than 2 years), the company must repair or replace the product. However, if the product has been accidentally damaged or requires another type of repair due to natural wear and tear, defects and damage caused by abnormal or excessive use, etc., such defect shall not be covered by the statutory warranty established in Royal Decree 1/2007.
Depending on the nature of each product, the circumstances constituting a lack of conformity may vary, and the manufacturer/seller may claim that it is not liable for the defect for the following reasons. The following is a non-exhaustive list.
It is therefore important to establish the expected service life of products according to their natural wear and tear.
Natural wear and tear of the Product.
Defects and damage caused by use outside normal and customary use.
Any unauthorised disassembly, repair, alteration or modification carried out on the Product.
Improper use, abuse, negligence or accidents, regardless of their cause. Improper use or abuse shall include any use of the Product other than that specified in the documentation and/or instructions provided by the manufacturer in relation to the Product.
Improper testing, operation, maintenance or installation, or any alteration or modification. Improper operations shall include those not carried out by the manufacturer or by personnel expressly authorised by the manufacturer.
Spillage of liquids and/or food onto the Product, corrosion and/or rust appearing on the Product, or use of an incorrect voltage with the Product.
Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts of the Product.
Furthermore, this Warranty may not be exercised in any of the following cases:
If the serial number of the equipment is damaged, removed or tampered with.
If any of the terms contained in this Warranty are altered or modified in any way without the manufacturer's prior consent.
Failure to provide proof of purchase or delivery of the Product (the receipt).
7. RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
We provide the following important information regarding receipt of your order:
In accordance with Law 15/2009 of 11 November, the customer is required to inspect the goods received and notify both the transport company and the seller of any incident within a period not exceeding 24 hours where the product is broken or physically damaged.
It is very important to note that, in cases of visible damage, such as damaged packaging, the claim must be made at the time of delivery.
For this purpose, it is necessary to record the damage on the carrier's delivery note or, preferably, refuse delivery of the order. We recommend the latter option, as it will allow us to arrange a replacement more quickly. If you notice that the package is not in suitable condition, has holes or impacts, or the packaging is damaged, please refuse delivery.
There will be no cost to you, and we will proceed to send you a replacement product. Simply notify the seller so that we can begin the replacement process. Please note that any claim submitted outside the period established by law may be rejected by the seller and by the transport insurer. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If any part or wording of this text does not, or no longer, correspond in whole or in part to the applicable legal situation, the remaining parts of this document shall remain unaffected as regards their content and validity.
